The Diane Dixon Dragons Track Club (certified by USATFNY) is a grass roots community-based track club for girls/boys founded in November, 2020. The club was established to afford young girls/boys an opportunity to grow in the sport of Track and Field while excelling in academic achievement and life experiences. The club is headquartered in the Columbia Street Waterfront District areas of Brooklyn for girls/boys ages
5-17. Our goal is to assist girls/boys in becoming accomplished athletes, able to move on to the collegiate level and complete their education with the aid of athletic scholarships.
The Club was also a direct initiative due to the "pandemic" where many athletic programs and sports got cancelled.
The team will expose members to a wide variety of competitions, both locally and nationally, as well as giving them the opportunity to travel internationally each year when this pandemic will allow us to do so.
We will also implement a:
*Financial Literacy Program
*Family Values &
*Fitness Nutritional Component in our Program
The coaching staff led by Coach Diane Dixon, an Olympic Gold & Silver Medalist in the 4x400 Meter Relay with past accomplishments of over twenty years of running and coaching experience.
Known to her contemporaries as the "Indoor Queen", she blazed a trail in track and field with American, National, World & Olympic Titles.

We are implementing new device techniques and products to uplift our program. This is "Drone Training" so as to get a better view of their
stride length x stride frequency = race patterns.
